After I had been a long time in relevant forums'm on the road, this wonderful word creation foreign woman in a small trans-man group in a forum to a totally different issue surfaced.
I've fallen spontaneously in this word:

foreign woman describes exactly what I used to express in many words, circumscribe, tried to explain.

Ich werde dieses Wort in meinen aktiven Wortschatz aufnehmen - es ersetzt die Bezeichungen "biologisch weiblicher Körper" oder "als Frau geboren" und ist dabei weniger "wissenschaftlich" und viel näher an meinem Gefühl.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn dieses Wort in den Sprachschatz von Trans-Menschen Eingang finden würde.
